Also probably relevant to #326. Or narrow it down to a sample that has same problem.. In the Web reference name field, enter a name that you will use in your code to access the selected Web service programmatically. It seems that if the project.json files for the external references in wrap folder have a reference to the 'dnx451' framework than it seems this bug appears.
Could you just create a small sample that reproduces your problem and share that?
