If you are getting the above error messages in Eclipse ADT IDE's LogCat console when trying to access SDK Manager under Windows -> Android SDK Managar then the reason is your To access this setting in Eclipse, go to Window -> Preferences -> Android This will allow you to manually set the path where the SDK is stored.
