Unable To Access Configuration Server 2wire

I've attempted to manually set these on the 2WIRE U-verse gateway, but failed miserably.  It looks like the firewall is also hardset to an old HTPC that I'm no longer using.  Source

Now, even though the rg lists the router and says the ip for the router is the external ip, the router cannot connect to the Internet. Thanks in advance!!
