Here I'm trying to use the Undo Unchanged command, but I've seen this error with other commands too.
Also ensure that the current working directory is mapped, you can run "tf workspace" and see if the target folders are mapped. The reason I say this is that the tf workspace command has no problem detecting the workspace on my machine from the VS Command console, but from that very same console I am trying to use Team foundation power tools (TFPT.exe). Tf Workspaces /collection:teamprojectcollectionurl After this change everything works again from TPFT and VS 2008, too.
