Do you still have the installer on one of your other computers? I can see solitaire and process explorer in Windows Task mgr, but can't see their windows.  The Cancel button on above msg window does nothing.  Closed the window manually instead.  Did No one in this Forum can access your computers or laptops. Are you trying to install it from your Norton Account/Management account?

It puzzles me as to why it loads the entire Norton program but balks on Activation which is what I think the "Communicating with Symantic server" is all about. I found that I could get past the activation problem by doing the following... You were a good product that never let a virus get me.
